CLASSES


Our classes are currently being run out of FLO Yoga & Cycle and Thrive Performance Yoga. Our current weekly schedule:

Thrive Performance Yoga

  • Thursdays: 4:00pm Flow - All Levels (60min) with Jen

  • Saturdays: 10:00am Hips & Hamstrings Yoga (60min) with Jen

WORKSHOPS

  • 4-WEEK ACRO SERIES with VERTICAL FIX AERIAL ARTS GROUP

    This series will be focused on building a strong foundation for your acro and movement practice. Each week will build upon the previous week's material. Attending all 4 weeks is not required, but highly encouraged as you will see the most growth in your practice with consistency. Bring your friends! Acro is a great way to grow and bond with a group of great friends or with a significant other.
    Week 1: Acro Fundamentals
    Week 2: L-Basing Basics + Inversions
    Week 3: Tricky Transitions
    Week 4: Flow like a Pro

    • DATES: Every Wednesday in February (Feb 6, 13, 20 & 27)

    • TIME: 7:30PM - 8:30PM

    • BRING: Yourself! No partner or prior experience required to attend. Friends welcomed!

    • INVESTMENT: $75 all 4 weeks (recommended); $22 single session.  Vertical Fix’s unlimited aerial members will receive 50% off series classes with a 4 week enrollment.

  • PARTNER ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP with THRIVE PERFORMANCE YOGA!

    Partner acro is a wonderful and playful way to connect with others, build relationships, develop more body awareness and control, and learn new skills that can complement your current yoga and fitness regimen. Our classes and workshops are very suitable for those who are brand new - absolutely no prior experience or partner is required! Whether you are at the beginning of your movement journey, or whether you've been moving your whole life, this workshop will be a great experience to learn how to move and trust your body in a different way. You may surprise yourself at what you are able to accomplish and move through in these two hours!
